We collect the following information when you use our service:

  • Account information — your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth), or your Google account details if you sign in with Google.
  • App data — tasks, goals, and achievement data you create within the app.
  • Usage data — login dates and streaks to power the gamification features.
  • Google Calendar data — if you choose to use the Calendar integration, we request permission to create events on your behalf. We do not read, store, or share your existing calendar data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Work Now, Play Now service
  • Track your progress, streaks, points, and achievements
  • Create Google Calendar events on your request
  • Send account-related emails (e.g. email confirmation)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Google API Services

Work Now, Play Now's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Calendar access to create events you explicitly request through the app. We do not access, store, or share any other Google account data.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@worknowplaynow.com.

7. Your Rights
